Who we are

The UGC Link service (“we”). The data controller is UGC Link. For any question about your data, email hello@ugclink.online.

What we collect

Account: your email address and role (creator or company).

Creator profile: name, username, photo, bio, niches, location, social links, services and prices, brand logos, portfolio files.

Company account: name, logo, description, brand collabs and creators’ applications to them.

Brand inquiries: the name, contact, company and message a brand enters in the Work With Me form.

Statistics: anonymous events (page view, portfolio view, Work With Me click, inquiry sent) with no IP address and no visitor identifier.

Technical logs: our host and providers keep standard request logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.

Why we use it

To create and run your account and send you login links.

To show your public page and portfolio.

To deliver brand inquiries to you by email and in your dashboard.

To show you your page statistics.

To protect the service from spam and abuse.

Legal bases

We process data to perform the Terms of Service you accept at sign-up; on our legitimate interest (security, anonymous statistics); and on your consent where it is required. A brand sending an inquiry shares its details with the creator in order to get a reply.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell data or show ads. Data is processed by the providers the service needs to run:

Supabase — sign-in and database.

Cloudflare R2 — photo and video storage.

Resend — email delivery.

Vercel — hosting and cookieless, anonymous visit analytics.

These providers may store data outside Ukraine and the EU. We choose providers bound by contract to protect it.

What everyone can see

Everything you put on your public page (name, photo, bio, niches, location, social links, services, prices, portfolio) is visible to anyone with your link and may be indexed by search engines. Only you see brand inquiries and statistics. You can unpublish your page in Settings.

Cookies

We only use essential cookies: to keep you signed in and to remember your language. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep data

For as long as your account exists. When you delete your account in Settings, we delete your profile, page, files, inquiries and statistics. Copies in our providers’ backups expire on their normal schedule.

Your rights

You can view and edit your data in your dashboard, delete your account in Settings, and email us to get a copy of your data or to restrict or object to its processing. You may also complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or to the supervisory authority in your country.

Age

The service is for people aged 16 and over. If you are younger, please don’t sign up.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page and email you in advance about significant changes.
