Terms of Service
Last updated October 25, 2026
These terms apply when you use UGC Link (ugclink.online). By signing up you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy.
The service
UGC Link helps UGC creators build a portfolio page and receive brand inquiries, and lets companies post brand collabs. The service is operated by UGC Link, contact: hello@ugclink.online.
Your account
You sign in with a link we email to you, so keep your inbox secure. Give accurate details. One email address holds one account and one role.
Your content
You keep the rights to your videos, photos and text. By uploading them you let us store, process and display them on your page and in the service for as long as they are there.
You confirm you have the right to publish this content and to show the logos and names of brands you have worked with.
What’s not allowed
Publishing illegal, misleading or abusive content, other people’s work, or adult content.
Sending spam through the service’s forms.
Impersonating another person or company.
Trying to break the service, get around its limits or scrape data in bulk.
Creators and brands
We are not a party to agreements between creators and brands and are not responsible for their performance, payment or the quality of content. Brand collabs are posted by companies or collected by us from public sources; we don’t verify every one, so use your judgement.
Free and paid features
Signing up and building your page are free right now. Some features may become paid later. We will tell you in advance before terms change, and nothing will be charged without your consent.
Deletion and suspension
You can delete your account any time in Settings. We may hide content or suspend an account that breaks these terms or the law.
Liability
We work to keep the service running smoothly but provide it “as is”, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The new version applies from the date at the top of this page; we will email you in advance about significant changes.
